Spotlessly clean hotel with excellent value. Convenient location right by Stockholm Central train station, bars/restaurants, and the Silja Line terminal.- Centrally located next to the Subway.

Generally, the place was exceptional and had attentive and lively staff at the reception desk. The breakfast was savoury and sensational with tons of options to all tastes, and all the food was local. The location was handy, for example, The Ring was within easy walking distance of the hotel.

As for me, the area was quite busy.

location is very good, close to the town hall, to the central station and a pleasant walk from almost all the obligatory visits. fantastic, complete and abundant breakfast. size of the room for two adults and two children of 12 and 14 years is good, with two separate spaces. Rituals amenities always available. attention of the staff at reception and breakfast is very pleasant. On the first day we had a problem with the bath plug and they solved it quickly.

Although the daily cleaning has been good, carpet and chair upholstery had huge stains. Taking the elevator has been almost impossible due to the busy nature of the hotel and amount of traffic, so we took the stairs, for a first floor it has not meant much, whoever has a cart or can not handle the stairs, has it regular.

This place offers a functional room with a nice design, exceptionally comfortable bed, and super-friendly staff at the reception desk.

We were given a superior double room, it was neat and practical.

Not that friendly or helpful, especially the restaurant and Lounge staff. The so called air-conditioning didn't work so they provided fans instead .... so, in reality, I didn't get my moneys worth.

The staff here were friendly and the atmosphere was wonderful, just as we had hoped for, and the service exceeded our expectations.

Good location very near to nice restaurants and right next door to the subway station Radhuset.

Spa and swimming pool are very small. Top floor can be very hot.

The breakfast was particularly good and amazing with freshly made omelets. The staff was outstandingly accommodating. They offered early check-in, fast check-out, a functional room with good soundproofing, and a comfortable bed.

There were five of us, so we requested a double room and a triple room. When we arrived we found that both were the same size, there was no extra bed in the triple. We talked to the reception to have them change us and they treated us badly, they even told us that they gave us the sheets to make the bed in the armchair, but that we had to make it ourselves. We had to go down twice to claim the third bed, and there were two more days when they didn't make our rooms. The beds were unmade and we never had the wastebaskets emptied. We also had to claim the towels for the third person. Of course, they didn't give us a bigger room because it was for three people. We didn't like it either, which had never happened to us, that they charged us for the rooms on the day we arrived, without asking if we wanted to pay in cash or with different cards, as there were two rooms.

Convenient location 🚇, just a short walk from the subway station and super easy to locate. The rooms were tidy and functional, with a comfy queen size bed that made for a great night's sleep. The beds were really cozy too!
